We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Minor signs of wear consistent with the item's age
• Color variations due to screen settings

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at home@vintagebyvirginie  We will gladly work with you to find a fair solution.
